Requirements Engineering
Elicitation through workshops and interviews, then business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria written to be testable. Managed and traced in Jira and Confluence.
Process & API Modelling

Full-Stack Development
Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, FastAPI and REST APIs, plus Angular and React and SQL — enough depth to read the codebase, review a contract and hold a real conversation with the engineering team.
Technical Analysis & Solution Design
Turning requirements into a design engineers can build from: system decomposition, interface and integration analysis, data flows between systems, and the trade-offs behind each option written down.
Integration Analysis
Specifying how systems talk: synchronous API contracts and asynchronous, message-based exchanges, error and retry behaviour, and the edge cases that decide whether an integration is safe to rely on.
Data Modelling & Agile Delivery
Conceptual and logical data models, table design and data mapping across systems, validated with SQL and Postman. User stories written to INVEST, refined and delivered in Scrum.
